Members and friends of Deafness Forum of Australia are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting.
We expect it will take 30-40 minutes. A light luncheon will follow the meeting.
- Friday 7 December 2018 from 12 noon.
- Australian Hearing Hub, 16 University Ave at Macquarie University in Sydney. HEARnet CRC seminar room.
Agenda
- approve the minutes of the previous annual general meeting
- matters arising from the previous meeting
- chairman’s report
- receipt of the Audited Financial Statements; and appointment of an auditor for the next year
Proxy
- A member of Deafness Forum who cannot attend the meeting can appoint another person (proxy) to vote on the matters in the Agenda. There are forms for each of the four membership classes, so please send an email and we will provide you with the right form.
