People with Down syndrome have active lives with creative interests and are proud of who they are. For World Down Syndrome Day on March 21, 2019, we asked people with Down syndrome to talk about their passions and interests and share their pride with the world.

This year, our focus is on the voices of people with Down syndrome answering the question, What Makes Me Proud? We wanted to make sure that the stories we received were in the format that worked best for the contributor. So, we are excited to include some videos that showcase dance, music, speeches and stories.
