Down Syndrome Australia is very proud to launch a brand new interactive website for our national magazine, Voice.
The new website, at www.downsyndromevoice.org.au, showcases feature stories from the current edition and encourages readers to search for selected articles from current and back issues. Content can be shared on social media, liked, and commented on.
Bonus content on the new website includes videos, links and extra photos.
"We want people with Down syndrome to have their stories heard in ways that work best for them," said Voice editor Leticia Hodson.
"The new website encourages people to share their story by making a video, typing or handwriting a story, taking a photo or talking to the editor on the phone.
"People with Down syndrome can interview friends, review a book or a movie, or tell us what's important," Ms Hodson said.
The launch of the new website coincides with the release of our April issue of Voice. Subscribers receive a bonus copy to give to someone you think would like to learn more about the Down syndrome community in Australia.
